So, yes.I will go back for the Tempura Calamari at Changs. The dipping sauce served with the Lettuce Wraps would be better served with the Calamari. The only thing I would change is the side sauce they serve with the plated food which is a remoulade type mixture which I found too heavy and mayonnaisy (new word) for the dish. In fact, they overdid the amount of calamari which at this point is not a complaint.

The taste was clean and crisp with no greasy after-taste plus the selection of vegetables was just right. I ordered their Tempura Calamari and Vegetables and what they brought me looked better than their picture on the website (actual picture attached). With popular dishes such as Changs Chicken Lettuce Wraps, and Changs Spicy Chicken, plus more traditional Chinese dishes like Sweet and Sour Pork or Kung. was able to get reservations at PF and my heart leaped with joy (sarcasm inserted here).Īs someone who is critical about my cuisine but also adamant that we have fun and take pleasure in our meals, PF gave me a surprise and this time, I enjoyed the food. We met up with our oldest son and his family for Easter Sunday at their church and lunch afterward.
Most people know that I am not a big fan of P F Changs and will try to avoid them whenever possible.
